Mr. Wymer has demonstrated his courtroom capabilities through numerous appearances in State and Federal courts, including oral arguments before the Supreme Court of Texas, Texas intermediate courts of appeals, and the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals. His expertise also extends to first chair arbitration, particularly in TxDot heavy road construction matters.

Mr. Wymer is a U.S. Army Veteran. He served as a Photojournalist (Enlisted E-4) from January 1994 to July 1996. During his service, his duties included writing news articles, drafting press releases, and providing photographic documentation for the Department of the Army. He was also deployed for Operation Uphold Democracy in Haiti from September 1994 to January 1995. Mr. Wymer was awarded the Army Commendation Medal in 1995.
